How it works

Nidus Food is a meal delivery, specialized in fresh food with restaurant quality. We believe we can make the world a better place by providing our clients a more practical, healthier and fresh way of eating.

 

Choose

You can buy selecting individual products, choosing entire meals, or picking up a weekly kit. It's easy and flexible to your convenience.

Heat

To warm up is very simple and can be done in the most convenient ways: We recommend using a water bath (boiling water), but if you prefer you can use your microwave too.

Enjoy

You will receive your products in 1-3 days, so you can plan your meals and eat restaurant food in your home, fresh and delicious!

 

 

 


Vacuum-packed to be fresh

We want to deliver you fresh food, without preservatives and pleasant to prepare. All of our products are vacuum-packed to preserve the freshness and flavor of food. You just need to keep refrigerated. Remember: it is fresh, without conservatives.

We prioritized the use of reusable and recyclable packaging. Our trays are made with 100% natural fibers that will decompose in 90 days.

Heating instructions

Boiling Water

 

  1. On a medium size pan, bring water to a boil;
  2. Place the sealed bag inside the pan according to the time indicated for each product;
  3. Carefully remove the bag from the water;
  4. Bag will be very hot when removed from heat: use a cloth or glove to grab it
  5. Use the easy open cut at the edge of the bag to open it;
  6. Transfer the food to your plate and enjoy it.

Microwave

 

  1. Use the easy open cut at the edge of the bag to make a small cut; 
  2. Place the bag inside the microwave; 
  3. Heat it on high according to the time indicated for the product;
  4. Let stand in microwave for one minute; 
  5. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave;
  6. Bag will be very hot when removed from heat: use a cloth or glove to grab it
  7. Open the bag completely; 
  8. Transfer the food to your plate and enjoy it.
